Please be advised that prior to showing an applicant a property:

1. we do not require identification from a prospective applicant;
2. we do not require an applicant to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement; and
3. we do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show an applicant properties.

Please note that although we may not require such information, a landlord of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of the application process.
