Through the use of our globally placed reception teams, we are able to deliver industry-leading response times and around-the-clock coverage. For example: If an inquiry about your unit comes in at 2:30am, an appointment will typically be set within 30minutes.
We Keep the Lights On
With the rollout of ConEd Smart Meters, electricity is quickly turned off once a tenant vacates leaving most agents showing your apartment in the dark. We register our name with ConEd to keep the lights on until a lease is signed.
In-depth Tenant Screening
Our propriety tenant vetting system goes beyond simple credit and background checks. We explore every legally-allowable avenue and public record on the tenant and their associations in addition to the standard background checks customarily performed.
Lease Preparation
We handle signing, executing, and delivery of checks and lease to the owner’s office throught FedEx overnight. We move quickly through the process to ensure the deal closes.
Seamless Move-In
Everytime the lease is signed, we send out welcome packets to your tenants to help them move-in. They contain all the necessary information: from how to setup the electric to where to send the checks for rent.
